Storyline
Maha Vishnu is an ambulance driver who lives by a simple rule: he never lets anyone die in his vehicle. When he saves a man from a brutal attack, he makes a powerful enemy. Narayanan, the son of a corrupt minister, vows to destroy Vishnu's life. After his family is hurt, Vishnu must find a way to bring the powerful criminal to justice using nothing but the truth.
