Kavalai Padathe Sagodhara is a 1998 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film written and directed by Keyaar. The lead cast includes Pandiarajan and Suvaluxmi, with K. R. Vijaya and Janagaraj in supporting roles. The story revolves around two brothers who constantly fight but must learn to reconcile after a family secret is revealed. Their mother tries to keep the family together while the elder brother's romance with a patient woman adds emotional depth. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Kalyanji Anandji and features music composed by Ilaiyaraaja. It was released on 13 April 1998 and later received a government subsidy of ₹5 lakh.

Storyline
