It follows a military commander's son who seeks revenge after his family is destroyed by a corrupt politician. The politician uses violence against women to win an election. The film was heavily cut by the censor board, which affected its narrative. It was released on 16 February 1991 and failed at the box office. The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja and M. S. Viswanathan.

Storyline
A military commander's son, Dharma, watches his family fall apart due to a corrupt politician. His father is killed, his cousin commits suicide, and his sister is raped. Dharma goes to prison but becomes a famous singer. He joins forces with a journalist to expose the politician's crimes and seek revenge.
