Storyline

A patriotic army officer captures a terrorist. When a politician is kidnapped to force the terrorist's release, the officer rescues the politician and a woman he believes is the politician's daughter. That woman is actually a terrorist who steals information and helps free the captured terrorist during a prison transfer.
