Parama Veera Chakra is a 2011 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by Dasari Narayana Rao as his 150th directorial venture. The film stars Nandamuri Balakrishna in a dual role as Major Jayasimha and film star Chakradhar, alongside Ameesha Patel, Neha Dhupia, and Sheela Kaur. The story follows a patriotic army major who is framed for treason and a film star who impersonates him to clear his name. The film was released during the 2011 Sankranthi weekend and received poor reviews from critics for its outdated narrative. Despite this, it won the Sarojini Devi Award for a Film on National Integration at the 2010 Nandi Awards. The soundtrack was composed by Mani Sharma and released by Aditya Music.

Storyline
