Trivia

  • The film's title 'Veedu Theda' translates to 'House Difference' in English, but it is a Telugu slang phrase meaning 'attitude problem' or 'arrogance'.
  • This was the first and only Telugu film directed by Chinni Krishna, who previously worked as an assistant director on several movies.
  • Actor Nikhil Siddharth performed his own stunts in the action sequences, including a fight scene filmed at a real temple in Bheemavaram.
  • The song 'Chilipiga' became a surprise hit and was frequently played on radio channels, despite the film's average box office performance.
  • Comedian Ali, who plays Love Kumar, improvised many of his humorous dialogues during the shooting, which were kept in the final cut.
  • Parts of the movie were shot in the actual town of Bheemavaram to capture the coastal Andhra atmosphere authentically.
  • The character Liquor Shankar, played by Sayaji Shinde, was inspired by real-life liquor mafia figures from the Rayalaseema region.
