Itlu Sravani Subramanyam(2001)
Itlu Sravani Subramanyam is a 2001 Telugu-language romantic drama film written and directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film stars Ravi Teja, Tanu Roy, and Sheen, with Tanu Roy and Sheen making their acting debuts. The story follows two strangers, Sravani and Subramanyam, who meet at a suicide point on the Vizag seashore and decide to end their lives together. After a failed suicide attempt, they are separated by family obligations but eventually reunite. The film's music was composed by Chakri, with cinematography by K. Dutt and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. Puri Jagannadh won the Nandi Award for Best Story Writer for this film. It was declared a blockbuster at the box office and was later remade in Tamil as Thavam (2007) and unofficially in Hindi as Anjaana Anjaani (2010). The film released on 14 September 2001.

Storyline
Two strangers, Sravani and Subramanyam, meet at a suicide point on a beach in Vizag. Both are desperate to end their lives for different reasons. They decide to die together, but their plan fails. After being saved, they are forced into arranged marriages. They must choose between following society's rules or following their hearts.
