Chitram(2000)
Chitram is a 2000 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Teja. The film stars debutants Uday Kiran and Reema Sen in lead roles. The story follows Janaki, an NRI who comes to India for college, and Ramana, a music-loving student. Their relationship leads to an unexpected pregnancy, forcing them to navigate young parenthood while completing their education. The film was produced by Ramoji Rao with music composed by R. P. Patnaik. It was a commercial success, running for 100 days in 12 centers. The film was remade in Kannada as Chitra and dubbed in Tamil as Chithiram. Critics praised the film for its entertaining treatment of a sensitive theme.

Storyline
