• In 'Aha Naa Pellanta' (2011), Brahmanandam’s frantic, high-energy comedy forced Nagineedu to play the straight man with a deadpan face. Nagineedu later said he had to hold back every laugh to keep the scene alive.
• They first met on the sets of 'Parama Veera Chakra' (2011). Nagineedu was a newcomer then, and Brahmanandam — already a legend — personally asked the director to give Nagineedu more screen time opposite him.
• During the shoot of 'Doosukeltha' (2013), Brahmanandam would call Nagineedu 'Anna' (elder brother) off-camera, even though Nagineedu is younger. He said it was because Nagineedu’s serious face reminded him of his own elder brother.

The director said he wrote their scenes so that Brahmanandam’s chatter would bounce off Nagineedu’s silence — and it became the film’s most replayed comedy track.
• Their pairing in 'Aha Naa Pellanta' (2011) inspired director V. V. Vinayak to cast them again in 'Doosukeltha' (2013) specifically as a comic duo — a rare instance where a director built a whole subplot around two actors who weren't the leads.
