• They first shared screen space in 'Ek Se Bure Do' (2009) because the director, Chandrakant Singh, specifically wanted two actors who could play 'losers with heart' — and both Yashpal and Rajpal had just come off acclaimed but heavy roles. Singh said he cast them to 'let their comic timing breathe together' for the first time.
• In 'Babuji Ek Ticket Bambai' (2017), Rajpal played the hyperactive, fast-talking conman while Yashpal played the deadpan, weary sidekick.
