Aankhen(1993)
Aankhen (transl. Eyes) is a 1993 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by David Dhawan and written by Anees Bazmee. The film stars Govinda in a dual role as Bunnu and Gauri Shankar, alongside Chunky Pandey, Raageshwari, Ritu Shivpuri, Shilpa Shirodkar, Kader Khan, and Shakti Kapoor. The story follows two irresponsible brothers who get entangled in a political assassination plot after one of them witnesses a conspiracy. Their identical cousin from a village arrives and is mistaken for the missing brother, leading to comic chaos. The film was the highest-grossing Indian film of 1993 and ran for 12 weeks in theaters. It received four Filmfare nominations including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, and Best Comedian. The soundtrack, composed by Bappi Lahiri, was the fourth best-selling album of the year in India.

Storyline
Two wealthy brothers, Munnu and Bunnu, are kicked out of their home for failing college. They accidentally witness a gangster's plan to assassinate a Chief Minister. When Bunnu disappears, his identical cousin Gauri Shankar arrives and is mistaken for him. The brothers must survive the gangsters and save their family.
