The narrative follows Nurse Mary, whose faith leads to miraculous events at the Velankanni shrine, interwoven with three historical apparition stories. Storyline

Nurse Mary works at a hospital and deeply believes in the miracles of Mother Mary at Velankanni. When she leaves to meet her lover, the Virgin Mary takes her form and heals all the patients. Meanwhile, an atheist landlord refuses to take his sick family to the shrine, putting their lives at risk.

Faith heals what medicine cannot.
