Khudgarz is a 1987 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan under the Film Kraft banner. The film features an ensemble cast including Jeetendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Govinda, Bhanupriya, Amrita Singh, and Neelam Kothari. The story follows two childhood friends from different social classes whose bond is destroyed by a land dispute and a manipulative employee. The narrative spans two generations, exploring themes of friendship, betrayal, revenge, and reconciliation. The film is based on Jeffrey Archer's 1979 novel Kane and Abel. It was a commercial success, grossing ₹9.50 crore worldwide and was declared a blockbuster. The music, composed by Rajesh Roshan, became popular, especially the song 'Zindagi Ka Naam Dosti'. The film was released on 31 July 1987.

Storyline
Amar Saxena and Bihari Sinha are best friends. Amar is rich, Bihari is poor. When Amar's father tricks Bihari into selling his ancestral land, their friendship shatters. Bihari swears revenge and builds a hotel empire. A greedy worker named Sudhir fuels their hatred. Years later, their children fall in love. Will the truth heal their broken bond?
