Storyline

A police officer survives an attack but his partner is left in a wheelchair. Later, when his partner's granddaughter is taken hostage in a bus hijacking, the officer teams up with two unlikely allies to rescue her. After succeeding, he discovers his new partners are secretly planning to break out the very criminals he fought against.

A cop's quest for justice becomes a fight for survival.
