'Sogasu Chooda Tarama!' is a 1995 Telugu-language romance drama film directed by Gunasekhar. The film stars Naresh as Venkat Rao and Indraja as Neelima, with supporting performances by Tanikella Bharani, Mallikarjuna Rao, and Ramana Murthy. The story follows a poor couple whose love is tested when a wealthy businessman offers them a large sum of money in exchange for one night with the wife. Set in Hyderabad, the film explores themes of love, poverty, and moral compromise. It is an unofficial remake of the 1993 American film 'Indecent Proposal'. The film won four Nandi Awards, including Best Feature Film (Gold) and Best Screenplay Writer. Despite critical acclaim, it was not a commercial success. The film was released in 1995.

Storyline
