Dhee(2007)
Dhee is a 2007 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Srinu Vaitla. It stars Vishnu Manchu and Genelia D'Souza, with Srihari and Brahmanandam in supporting roles. The story follows Babloo, a carefree young man who falls in love with Pooja, the sister of a local mafia don. He must navigate her brother's disapproval and a rival gangster's revenge plot. The film blends romance, comedy, and action with a fast-paced narrative. It won two Nandi Awards for Best Screenplay Writer and Best Fight Master. The film was remade in Oriya, Bengali, and Tamil. A sequel titled D and D: Double Dose was announced in 2020.

Storyline
Babloo is a happy-go-lucky guy who always gets into trouble. His father gets him a job with a local mafia don, Shankar Goud. Babloo falls in love with Shankar's sister Pooja. But Shankar wants Pooja to marry a rich doctor. To make things worse, a rival gangster wants to kill Pooja for revenge. Babloo must win Shankar's trust and save Pooja.
