• Nassar and Sathish first shared screen space in the 2007 film 'Onbadhu Roobai Nottu', but they didn't have a single scene together. Their actual collaboration began nine years later in 2016, when they were cast as father and son in 'Mudinja Ivana Pudi'.
• In 'Rekka' (2016), Nassar played a strict father while Sathish was the comic sidekick. Sathish later admitted that Nassar would deliberately break his rhythm during takes to force him to improvise, making their scenes feel more natural.
• During the shoot of 'Devi' (2016), Nassar and Sathish shared a vanity van for the entire schedule. Sathish later said Nassar used that time to teach him about classical music, and they'd sing Carnatic ragas between shots.
