• Chandra Mohan was the senior star in Takkari (2007), but he insisted Raghu Babu get equal screen time in their scenes together. He told the director he'd rather play a supporting role than overshadow the younger actor.
• In Yamudiki Mogudu (2012), Raghu Babu kept breaking character mid-scene to make Chandra Mohan laugh. The director finally kept the camera rolling on Chandra Mohan's genuine laughter — and used those takes in the final cut.
