• Gulshan Grover and Aditya Pancholi first shared screen space in 'Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri' (1990) because the director, K. Pappu, wanted two actors who could play loud, over-the-top villains without holding back. He reportedly told them, 'Just go wild — no rules.'
• In 'Gundagardi' (1997), the two actors deliberately swapped their usual on-screen personas: Gulshan played the quieter, scheming villain while Aditya played the hot-headed brute. They did this to keep each other from falling into a rhythm — and it worked, making their scenes feel genuinely unpredictable.
• During the shoot of 'Jeevan Daata' (1991), Gulshan and Aditya shared a hotel room in Ooty for three weeks because the production ran out of budget. They spent nights rewriting each other's dialogues, often arguing over who got the better lines the next day.
