Purusha Lakshanam is a 1993 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by K. S. Ravikumar from a story by P. Vasu. The film stars Jayaram as Nandagopal and Khushbu as Abhirami. The story follows a young college student who falls in love with a successful managing director and marries him, but a jealous classmate conspires to destroy their relationship by staging a fake affair. Storyline

A carefree college girl named Abhirami falls in love with Nandagopal, a successful company manager. They marry, but her jealous classmate Raja plots revenge. He hugs her in front of Nandagopal, making him believe she is unfaithful. Nandagopal throws her out. Abhirami must fight to clear her name and win back her husband's trust.
