Malliswari(2004)
Malliswari is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by K. Vijaya Bhaskar and produced by D. Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions. The film stars Venkatesh as Prasad, a desperate bachelor, and Katrina Kaif in her Telugu debut as the titular princess Malliswari. The story follows Malliswari, the heiress of Mirzapur, who flees from her murderous uncle Bhavani Shankar and hides in Visakhapatnam, where she meets and falls in love with Prasad. The film blends romance, comedy, and action as Prasad protects Malliswari from her uncle's goons. Malliswari was a commercial success and won two Nandi Awards for Best Home Viewing Feature Film and Best Dialogue Writer. It was released on 18 February 2004.
