143 (and I Miss You) is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language romantic action film directed, written, and produced by Puri Jagannadh. The film stars Sairam Shankar and Samiksha in lead roles, with Flora Saini, Nagendra Babu, and Brahmanandam in supporting roles. The story follows Siddu and Sanjana, childhood sweethearts who elope but are separated by a tragic accident. Siddu believes Sanjana is dead, while Sanjana is taken in by a naxalite group. Storyline
