Dongodu(2003)
Dongodu is a 2003 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film directed by Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao. The film stars Ravi Teja as Madhava and Kalyani as Rukhmini. The story follows a village thief who pretends to love a landlord's daughter to reclaim his family's house. The film is a remake of the Malayalam hit Meesa Madhavan. It features a soundtrack composed by Vidyasagar with lyrics by Sirivennela Sitaramasastri and others. The film received mixed reviews from critics but performed decently at the box office. It was released on 8 August 2003.

Storyline
A young boy becomes a thief to feed his starving sister. Years later, he falls for the daughter of the cruel landlord who holds his house papers. He pretends to love her to get the papers back. But real feelings complicate his plan, and the landlord frames him for a crime he did not commit.
