• In Super Police (1994), Venkatesh played the loud, comic sidekick while Ahuti Prasad played the straight-laced hero. It was the opposite of their usual roles — and it worked because Ahuti Prasad’s deadpan delivery made Venkatesh’s over-the-top antics land harder.
• Ahuti Prasad was a close friend of Venkatesh’s family long before they acted together. He was a regular at the Daggubati home, and Venkatesh personally recommended him for the role in Super Police (1994) when the director was struggling to cast the lead.
