Chaitanya(1990)
Chaitanya is a 1991 Indian Telugu-language action road film directed by Prathap K. Pothan. The film stars Nagarjuna as a mechanic framed for murder, with Gautami as a rally racer and Girish Karnad as a retired Major. The story follows Chaitanya's escape from prison and his participation in the Roots Challenge rally from Chennai to Goa. He must find photographs that prove his innocence while uncovering a drug and arms smuggling ring. The film features music by Ilaiyaraaja and cinematography by Rajiv Menon. It was simultaneously dubbed into Tamil and Malayalam as Madras To Goa. The film is noted for its nonlinear narrative and road movie structure. It was released on 7 May 1991.

Storyline
