• Kota Srinivasa Rao was the one who pushed Nagineedu to take up the negative role in Parama Veera Chakra (2011). Nagineedu was hesitant to play a villain after years of character roles, but Kota convinced him it would reinvent his career.
• In Doosukeltha (2013), Nagineedu played the calm, calculating antagonist while Kota played the loud, volatile sidekick. They deliberately played off each other's energy — Nagineedu would slow down his dialogue delivery to make Kota's outbursts hit harder.
