• Their first film together, Doosukeltha (2013), almost didn't happen. Vennela Kishore was a last-minute replacement after the original actor backed out. Posani Krishna Murali, who wrote the dialogues, personally vouched for Kishore to the director.
• In Chalo (2018), Posani played the loud, ranting father-in-law while Vennela played the nervous, stammering son-in-law. Posani deliberately slowed his delivery in every scene to let Vennela's stammer land the punchline — a rhythm they perfected over 7 years of working together.
• Their comedy track in Soggade Chinni Nayana (2016) was so popular that the director, Kalyan Krishna, wrote a whole separate subplot for them in his next film, Naa Nuvve (2018). That subplot became the film's most-shared meme on social media.
