• In Dabangg 2, Nikitin Dheer's character Bachcha Bhaiya was written as a loud, physical bully. Arbaaz Khan, producing the film, pushed for Dheer to underplay the menace — less shouting, more stillness. The result was a villain who felt genuinely dangerous, not just cartoonish.
• Arbaaz Khan handpicked Nikitin Dheer for Dabangg 2 after seeing his work in the 2011 film Ready. Dheer was initially hesitant to play another negative role, but Arbaaz convinced him over a two-hour lunch meeting at his office, promising the part would be different from anything he'd done before.
• Their collaboration in Freaky Ali (2016) was the only time Arbaaz Khan acted opposite Nikitin Dheer as a friend, not a foe. Dheer played Arbaaz's golf caddie and comic sidekick — a complete tonal shift from their Dabangg rivalry. The film flopped, but it remains the only comedy where they shared screen space as equals.
