Parthen Rasithen is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language romantic thriller film written and directed by Saran. The film stars Prashanth, Simran, and Laila in lead roles. It follows Shankar, a young man who falls in love with Sarika, while his best friend Bhanu secretly schemes to win his heart. Storyline
Shankar is a young man waiting for a shipping job. He falls in love with Sarika after seeing her on a bus. His best friend Bhanu secretly loves him and plots to destroy their relationship. Bhanu uses lies and manipulation to separate them. Shankar must choose between his love for Sarika and his friendship with Bhanu.
