• Their first film together, Ayanaku Iddaru (1995), was a comedy where Brahmanandam played a ghost. Jagapathi Babu was the straight man. The director said he paired them because Brahmanandam's chaos needed a calm anchor — and Jagapathi's deadpan face was perfect for that.
• In Srimanthudu (2015), Brahmanandam's comedy track was entirely improvised around Jagapathi Babu's reactions. • In Guntur Kaaram (2024), their only scene together was a 3-minute argument. Brahmanandam delivered his lines in a single breath, forcing Jagapathi to match his pace. The editor later said they couldn't cut away because both actors refused to blink — it became a game of who'd flinch first.
