• They first shared screen space in 1984's 'Jeene Nahi Doonga', but the real spark came when both were cast as the main villains in 'Akalmand' the same year — a film where their contrasting styles (Kapoor's manic energy vs Murad's cold menace) made the hero's life a double nightmare.
• In 'Pyar Ka Mandir' (1988), Kapoor played the comic-relief villain while Murad played the straight-up heavy. Kapoor would deliberately flub his lines to make Murad break character — and Murad, known for his iron discipline, admitted in interviews that Kapoor was the only co-star who could make him laugh on set.
• Their 1996 film 'Namak' was the last time they worked together. But the real ripple? That film's villain gang — led by them — inspired a whole wave of 'double-villain' setups in late-90s B-movies, where two established bad guys would team up to bully a single hero.
